Allied Universal is a privately owned and independent finance house providing bespoke loan facilities to clients to enable their businesses to respond, stabilise and grow.

Because every business is different, standard off-the-shelf financial products often miss the mark.

So we take a fresher, more innovative approach to crafting financial solutions:

  • We make listening a priority to fully understand the proposal and business needs
  • We work with the client to prepare and assess the necessary financials to meet the need

Our philosophy works because we invest the time in our clients and their business practices so that the right
facilities are made available for the project to maximise its returns, and therefore comfortably meet the liability over the agreed term.

Developing a personal, face-to-face, hands-on business relationship is top of our agenda. By getting to know our clients well, we can respond quickly and flexibly to their needs.

  • We are a principal lender, so clients always get to speak directly to us (the lender)
  • We provide a single point of contact (an account manager), so clients develop a personal business relationship
  • The account manager has first-class lending expertise, so the clients can be assured that we create the most appropriate product for them using our experience
  • The account manager is always accessible, whenever clients need to talk, including evenings and weekends
  • The account manager has discretion – he is a decision maker – so clients do not suffer excessive processes that hinder or prevent decision-making

If for any reason our own range of services cannot quite meet the proposal, we have a stable of other Lessors with whom we work on a daily basis. Therefore we can broker a deal in full or if preferred take the lead in a
syndicated facility.
